Week 2
Elimination & Fruit-Forward Mornings
In Week 2, you move into structured daily lessons from Day 8–14, adopt low‑fat, skin‑supportive meals, and practice fruit-first mornings that free your body to cleanse more efficiently. You’ll learn how coffee and stress impact your skin, integrate celery juice as a powerful support tool, and use new meal ideas to keep your cleanse satisfying while your complexion becomes clearer and more radiant.
Week 3
Healing Fuel, Liquids & Long-Term Glow
Week 3 carries you through Days 15–21 with more liquid-based meals, powerful fruit and veggie “healing fuel,” and guidance on chlorophyll, oxygen, and hydration for skin repair. You’ll pair internal work with topical support like exfoliation, lymphatic flow, grounding, and optional castor oil use, then follow a gentle reintroduction plan and self-assessment so you leave with a sustainable, repeatable roadmap for clear, glowing skin.
